TESTING
WATER TEST
1. Pour water on the assembled pulley at a pressure of 1gf or more for 30 minutes or more.
2. Disassembling and checking the roller for estimating water penetration in the bearing region.

DUST TEST
1. The rollers are exposed to dust for more than 30 minutes.

FRICTION TEST
1. The rollers are operated at 1200 rpm and subsequently allowed to self-decelerate to a standstill.
2. The time elapsed is used to estimate the coefficient of friction, which shouldn’t be greater than 0.015 to qualify the product as fit.
