Develop new business across all product lines through customer interface, research, cold calls, databases, associations, tradeshows and overall networking. Provide superior customer support on all quotes, orders and quote follow-up. This includes quick problem resolution for any customer in the Territory. Aggressively sells, promotes and markets all company products from each division in the Territory. Hands-On and actively performs detailed site surveys to document and denote customer equipment and usages. Know the customer better than they know themselves.
