Dust Test
Dust testing evaluates the sealing effectiveness of rollers under extreme airborne particulate and abrasive dust conditions. The roller is subjected to continuous rotation inside a controlled dust chamber to verify that internal bearings remain completely free from contamination, wear, and structural blockage.

Procedure
How the dust test is performed

Mount the assembly
The assembled roller is mounted inside a sealed testing chamber in its standard operating alignment.

Inject Fine Particulates
High-density abrasive dust is introduced and continuously circulated around the roller assembly.

Run Continuous Rotation
The roller is rotated continuously under specified load and speed parameters during dust exposure.

Inspect & Verify
The roller is disassembled to verify zero dust penetration into the bearing seals and lubrication system.
