Procedure

How the water test is performed

Mount the assembly

The fully assembled pulley is fixed to the test rig in its standard operating orientation.

Apply Water Spray

Controlled water spray is applied to the roller and bearing areas using multiple spray nozzles.

Run the Test

The roller is rotated continuously under controlled operating conditions while water exposure is maintained.

Inspect & Verify

The assembly is inspected for water ingress, seal integrity, and bearing protection after testing.

Related quality checks

Dust Test

Our rollers undergo controlled dust exposure to evaluate sealing performance and prevent dust penetration into critical bearing areas.

Friction Test

Friction testing evaluates roller performance under continuous load, ensuring smooth rotation, durability, and reduced resistance during operation.

Become A Zero-Defect Quality Assurance

Every idler, pulley, and component undergoes rigorous multi-stage testing to ensure uninterrupted performance in heavy-duty bulk material handling applications.
